Hi All, my name is Ebi. I was lucky enough to obtain tickets from my sister Ty to watch an advance screening of Safe (2012) so I have been asked to do a guest review. Here goes.

Safe sees Jason Statham re-enact his archetypal role as a tough guy determined to do what is right and protect the innocent (Think Crank, Transporter and err….Transporter 2&3). The film begins in a haphazard fashion with seemingly senseless flashbacks thrown at you but trust me when I say the 15 minutes of confusion pays off when the film kicks in. Without going into too much detail, the film chronicles the adventure of Mei a young Chinese genius abducted by the Triad who bring her over to America where she suddenly finds herself a person of interest…
